Frequent problems and solutions:

  1. Nothing happens, when you activate the pouring tap.
  2. Only concentrated juice can be poured out from all the taps.
  3. Only water comes out from all the taps.
  4. Only water comes out from one or two taps.
  5. Badly aerated drinks.
  6. The drink has a weak flavor – it's too watery.
  7. Drinks are too strong – too sweet.
  8. Drinks are flavorless or have a very bad taste.
  9. The taps change the sweetness.
  10. Drinks are foaming.
  11. The taps still pour the drink even when you turn them off.
  12. The poured drink has a temperature higher than 4.5°C.
  13. The carbonator doesn't work.
  14. BiB pump doesn't start working.
  15. BiB pump works constantly.
  16. BiB pump works, but there's no product.
  17. BiB doesn't pump enough of the product.
  18. BiB pump doesn't allow a constant flow.

1. PROBLEM:
Nothing happens, when you activate the pouring tap.

Is the pouring device plugged in?

Plug the device in.

Is it connected to the electricity supply?

Change or activate the circuit breaker.

Does the transformer work?

Change the transformer.

Does the micro switch on the tap work?

Check and change the micro switch.

Is the tap correctly connected?

The tap connection to the electricity.


2. PROBLEM:
Only concentrated juice pours out of all the taps.

Is the carbonator turned on?

Turn on the carbonator.

Is water available?

At least a minimal amount of water should be available from the network.

Is gas available and the gas-holder full?

Check if you have enough CO2, if the valve is open and if there's not enough gas, change the gas-holder.

Is the water line frozen?

Melt the frozen water and find the cause. Check if the thermostat is correctly adjusted and if it works properly.

Do you hear noise in the water line of the tap?

If there's no noise, the water line is frozen. If there is noise, there's a problem with the carbonator.

Is the setting of the CO2 pressure correct?

The pressure of CO2 could be too high. Check and fix the settings of the CO2 pressure on the regulators.

Is there an error on the inflow of water pipes??

If the inflow pipe is not the right one or it is interrupted or damaged, switch the inflow to the one which is working properly.


3. PROBLEM:
Only water comes out of all the taps.

Is there CO2 in the gas-holder?

Change the gas-holder.

Did you connect the fully concentrated juice?

Check and change all empty containers.

Are the connections for the juices clean?

Clean and reconnect the containers.

Is the pressure for CO2 correctly set on the regulators?

Check, set to the right values.

Are the containers correctly connected?

Disconnect all the clutches and reconnect them.

Is the line for the concentrated juice frozen?

Melt it and find the cause.


4. PROBLEM:
Only water comes out from one or two taps.

Is there an error on the inflow of the drinkable water or is the pouring system connected to the wrong inflow pipe?

Ensure an uninterrupted inflow of the water, switch the connection to another inflow pipe or fix the inflow of the drinking water.

Is the inflow line of the water frozen?

Melt and find the cause.

Is the valve on the installing block open?

Open the valve.

Does the electricity run through the magnet, when you activate the pipe?

Fix and change the magnet.

Are the clutches for the connection of the containers clean and correctly connected?

Check, clean and reconnect.

Are the lines for concentrated juices interrupted and is the connection correctly done?

Fix the interruption and if needed, connect the system with the working lines.

Is the full container for the concentrated juice connected?

Change with a full one if needed.

Are the taps open?

Make sure that all the valves on the lines are open. Check the valve on the installing block and open it if needed.

Does the BiB pump (if connected) work?

Check the 'error-solution' for BiB pumps.

Does the electricity run through the magnet, when you activate the tap?

Fix or change the magnet.

Is the line for concentrated juice frozen?

Melt and find the cause.

Is the valve (brix) on the faucet sticky or stuck?

Dismantle, clean and change the valve.


5. PROBLEM:
Badly aerated drinks.

Is the pressure of CO2 on the carbonator correct?

Set the pressure to the right value.

Is the carbonator full of air (no water, just air in the carbonator?

Turn off the inflow of CO2 to the carbonator, open the safety valve until water comes out of the carbonator, then close the valve on the carbonator and reopen the inflow of CO2.

Is the pressure of the water higher than minimum?

Minimum pressure should be at least 1.4 bars.

Is the water from the carbonator too hot?

The inflow water should not exceed 38.0°C.

Is there enough of the CO2 gas?

Check and change the gas

Is the pressure of CO2 in the carbonator min. 5 bars?

Reset the CO2 pressure in the carbonator.

Is the water pressure in the carbonator higher than the CO2 pressure?

Lower the water pressure in the carbonator for at least 10% under the CO2 pressure..

Is the temperature of poured drink higher than 4.52C?

Lower the temperature to 3-4.5°C max.

Is the water pressure in the carbonator between 1.5 and 5 bars?

Build in a pressure regulator or a booster pump to ensure the right values.


6. PROBLEM:
The drink has a weak flavor – it's too watery.

Is there enough CO2?

Change the gas-holder with a new one.

Are all the pressures in the system correct?

Check and if needed reset all the pressures in the system.

Is the inflow of the juices sufficient?

Change the empty containers with the full ones.

Is the valve on the tap for juice stuck or sticky?

Dismantle, clean or change.

Is the supply of the concentrated juices in the line interrupted?

Fix or change interrupted lines.

Is the water valve on the tap incorrectly set?

Set the water flow through the tap according to the manufacturer's instructions and then set the brixes with the concentrated juice.

Are the brixes correctly set?

Set the brixes on all the taps.

Are the taps and the diffusers dirty?

Remove and clean all the taps and diffusers.


7. PROBLEM:
Drinks are too strong – too sweet.

Are all the pressures in the system set correctly?

Check and correctly set all the pressures.

Is the carbonator too weak for the volume of the poured drink?

Check the capacities of the carbonator in the manufacturer's specification.

Is the water inflow interrupted?

Fix or change the interrupted lines.

Are the taps and the diffusers dirty?

Remove and clean all the taps and diffusers.

Are the brixes correctly set?

Set the brixes on all the faucets.


8. PROBLEM:
Drinks are flavorless or have a very bad taste.

Can you taste that in all the drinks on the system?

Find out why, check all the built-in parts if they accord with the standards, check the water filter.

Did you taste it in one or two taps for the water?

Isolate the problem, sanitise and wash the pipes when the tap is not connected.

Did you taste it in one tap for the concentrated juice?

Check the taste of the juice in the container, if it is ok, clean and sanitise the pipes and reconnect the container. If it is still not ok, change the container with a new one.

Does the non return valve in the inflow of the carbonator let the water to flow in to the water system?

THIS CANNOT BE ALLOWED! Change the non return valve if it leaks.

Do the pittons or the pipes run through stagnant water?

Hydro isolate the pipes, clean and dry stagnant water, it is even better if you connect the installations in a way that they don't come in contact with the stagnant water.

Are the concentrated juices connected correctly?

Check all the concentrated juices, if they are connected to the right pipes.

Are the taps and the diffusers dirty?

Remove and clean all the taps and diffusers.

Are the brixes correctly set?

Set the brixes on all the taps.

Are the juices in the containers fresh?

The taste goes bad with age.


9. PROBLEM:
The taps change the sweetness.

Are all the pressures in the system correct?

Check and if needed reset all the pressures in the system.

Is there air or CO2 in the pipelines?

Ventilate.

Are the regulators of the flow in the pouring taps sticky?

Dismantle, clean or change the regulators.

Does the BiB pump hold the pressure?

Fix or change.

Is the inflow water pressure constant?

Add a pressure regulator or a water booster pump.


10. PROBLEM:
Drinks are foaming.

Is the flow of the drink constant?

Make sure that the flow falls constantly on one side of the glass and not too deep.

Are the taps and the diffusers dirty?

Remove and clean all the taps and diffusers.

Is there too much CO2 added to the water?

Check the pressure CO2 in the carbonator and the water pressure.

Is the glass dirty, does it have stains left from cleaning?

Clean the glass and carefully wash it.

Is the water connected to the carbonator softener?

Don't use this water and never soften it for the cool pouring systems.

Do the drink components have the right temperature?

All the components need a temperature under 4°C.

Are the system pressures too high?

Lower them to the prescribed level.

Is the drink too hot?

Lower the temperature to 3-4.5°C.

Are the taps and the diffusers dirty?

Remove and clean all the taps and diffusers.

Does the water, which has post-mix equipment connected to it, go through a water softener?

Connect the equipment before the water softener.


11. PROBLEM:
The tap still pours the drink even when you turn it off.

Is the handle for pouring (if there is one) caught up?

Change or set the handle, so that it won't be caught up.

Is the button caught up?

Change or reset the button for the tab.

Is the electric micro switch caught up?

Clean or change the micro switch.

Is there something caught up in the valve (pellet) in the tap?

Clean the line, the pellet or the pellet's seating. If it doesn't work change the whole pellet.

Is the pellet damaged?

Change the pellet.

Is the electromagnet caught up?

Clean or change the magnet.


12. PROBLEM:
The poured drink has a temperature higher than 4.5°C.

Is the cooling system on?

Turn it on.

Does the temperature rise between the cooling point and the pouring point?

Find the heating point and fix the problem. Check the by flow pump.

Is the system connected to the electricity supply?

Put the plug into the socket.

Is the cooling system working correctly?

Fix or change cooling system.

Is the concdeser of cooling system cleant?

Clean the cooling system, especially concdenser.

Is the ice stock completely made in the basin?

Let the ice stock be made completely or fix the cooling system.

Does the water mixer in the basin work?

Find the cause for it and fix it.


13. PROBLEM:
The carbonator doesn't work.

Is the inflow of the water open and the water pressure between 1.4 and 5 bars?

Set the pressure according to the instructions.

Is the CO2 on and the pressure in the carbonator between 5 and 7 bars?

Reset the pressures CO2 in the carbonator according to the instructions.

Is the carbonator plugged in?

Plug it in.

Is the motor working without the pump?

Disconnect the pump and try if the motor works. Change the pump or motor if needed.

Is the motor working but it doesn't pump the water?

Lower the pressure CO2 in the carbonator and if it works, change the pump.

Do the probes for water level in the carbonator work properly and constantly?

Fix or change according to the instructions of the carbonator manufacturers.

Is it properly mounted?

Set it properly.


14. PROBLEM:
BiB pump doesn't start working.

Is the product connected to the inflow into the pump?

Change the pump.

Is the BiB properly connected?

Disconnect the clutch and reconnect properly.

Is the CO2 inflow interrupted?

Check Co2 and set the correct pressures.


15. PROBLEM:
BiB pump works constantly.

Is there air in the inflow line for the concentrated juice?

Ventilate all the air from the system.

Does the juice leak on the outflow of the pump?

Find the point and change the damaged part.

Is the pump broken?

Change the pump.

Is there air in the BiB bag?

Change the BiB with a new one.

Is there a hole in the BiB?

Change the BiB.


16. PROBLEM:
BiB pump works, but there's no product.

Is the tap open?

Open and let the juice to flow to the pipelines of the tap.

Is BiB full of air?

The valve must be on the top of the pump.

Is BiB correctly connected?

Disconnect the clutch and reconnect properly.

Is there a hole in the BiB?

Change the BiB.

Is the inflow of the product to the pump twisted or interrupted?

Change or fix the inflow of the pipes.


17. PROBLEM:
BiB doesn't pump enough of the product.

Is the CO2 pressure on the pump correctly set?

Check and reset the pressure properly.

Are there too many taps connected to one pipe?

Connect according to the instructions.

Is the pipe big enough compared to the length?

Use a bigger pipe.


18. PROBLEM:
BiB pump doesn't allow a constant flow.

Is there air in the pipes?

Ventilate the pipes.

Does the non return valve on the outflow of the pump prevent the return of the product?

Change the pump.
